"Bu dönemde şehrin ismi "Poli" (şehir) de oldu. Osmanlı'da da ilk dönem belgelerinde a-sitan, i-stan (osmanlı alfabesi ile استان olarak geçti. i-stan güzellikler diyarı anlamına gelir. Son dönem belgelerinde (osmanlı alfabesi ile استانبول ise a-stan-bol, i-stan-bul olarak geçti."
Turks didnt use Kostantiniyye.Turks called it as Istanbul in all time. There wasnt a offical law in old time, Padişah's didnt use a written law they saids was law.You can not expect a foreign name the capital of the Ottoman. you saids available for colloquially.it approveded and it was a province of new Turkey at 1923.if you're going to continue to do this, i will not say anything.

Tyrcae, if you're going to start saying I'm discriminating against Turkish people, then you're really not being helpful, okay? Ederne and Ferecik are in the correct location within the Rumelia Eyalet.
Grecee have not a connection to Black sea! i dont have any idea about vasilikos
and we know Ottoman didnt use a written law.who used Konstaniniye? Kostananiye' mean Konstantin's City. Who is konstantin in Ottoman Sultans.maybe Eutopeans did not accept İstanbul and kept use konstantininiye. Who used Konstantin as offical name . English ? Germans? Or Turkish? But i know Turks used İstanbul. You're looking at Istanbul in your perspectives.
I think you should put the names in modern Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine in Polish, because this was the official language there and these were parts of Poland (Russia stole them, >_<). I don't see a reason to put like Ukrainian names...
