When you create a Community Level, you can click Change Player. There, you can click Edit. This allows you to assign cards to one player and assign different cards to another player.

I would like this feature added to Create Game.

Advanced Card Distribution (CS+)Mod InfoThis mod adds a second card distribution, on top of the Warzone card distribution. You can configure for each individual slot how many card pieces they receive when the game starts and after each turn (on top of the normal Warzone card distribution)

Only works in custom scenario games with automatic distribution. This mod does not give / take pieces if the card is not enabled!

I'm experimenting with it now.
