I had a good scenario idea. The problem is that there isn't a map I like that features Earth-like landmasses, is sizeable ( 600 - 1200 territories ) and features good bottleneck spots.

Using that as a jumping-off point, I'd like it if somebody could kindly design such a map.

For what I'm looking for, you can look at Ranek's recent map ( Planetary Apocalypse? ) and the 3 Planets novelty map. Unlike either, I'd prefer a map featuring the entire world.

so you want a 2,5D earth map? or just a big sized earth map?

A map that has earth-like terrain but isn't earth is what I'm looking for. It's going to be a map about stellar colonization. By no means am i looking for an earth map.

It doesn't have to be exact. Imagine how someone would make an earth map. But then make that earth map with more alien landmasses that are semi-reminiscent of earth, and then make it very sizable.

I'm leaving everything else up to the artist. Like i saps earlier, some landmass shapes and sizes I'd like to see are prominent in your apocalypse map and in 3 planets.

Sounds to me like you want a map like Chaos's Battle Islands series (https://www.warlight.net/Map/5745-Battle-Islands-V) just with WAY more territories.

That would work. But it'd need the round-world connections. I'm not too picky about it, just as long as it meets the 2 general guidelines I am looking for.
