Hi, I've been trying to beat the Insane Challenge for a while now. Unfortunately, I'm pretty busy and don't have much time to try it out. But when I do, I always lose after all of the AIs show up. I've found the most efficient and effective way to get neutrals and bonuses in the first turns, but after the AIs show up, it gets worse and worse until I have no chance. If anyone has any tips they'd like to offer, I'd really appreciate it. For instance: Where are the best places to use an abandon card, and when? Which part of the AIs land do I invade first? If any of you could offer any answers to these questions, or any other strategy you might have, I would really appreciate it. Thanks...

Hi Cyber-controller. If you are posting for help about something which it is quite likely has already been covered in previous posts, then you'll find the "search forum" box quite useful just above this thread.

Well the luck modifier is now 0% - from 75%?

Either way, my team mate completed it 4 times in succession (trying to get the star!) but now can't even get close. The AI's now never miss an attack and thus are on you a lot quicker.

One noticeable change from pre 3.0 is that the AI has now secured it's border regions a lot quicker with surplus armies. Before they maybe had one section of this area with say 8 surplus. Applied the only blockade available but even with 74 per turn by turn 10 - didn't hold enough to contain their combined totals.
