I have concluded the Noob, No Noob experiment. The vast majority are noobs who do one or some of the following...

1. Don't associate the game's implicit title and explicit message in the lobby with changed settings.
2. Can't play Rome without triple picking.
3. Don't understand territory to bonus ratios.
4. Don't understand the stages of a game (grow, attack, bust).
5. Simply don't know how to play well.
