When you go to clan wars and click on Notify Me what time is that where? Is it UTC or PST or EST?

Clan Wars itself is based on on UTC, so the first slot of the day is at UTC 00:00, and then a slot every 4 hours after that.

I figured it out. The timezone is GMT. It says it in Account Settings.
