the classic Imperium Romanum map will not load all the way on my phone. I can only get half of Spain and France. one quarter of Magna Carta and the U.k. doesn't have any territories but a weird arrow indicating a bonus. If Fizzer, Ra, any of the greatest mapmakers could fix this map that would be greatly appreciated. Is anyone else having this technical problem??

Your phone was probably just going through a bug.

That, or your phone was probably fizzing ( see what I did there ? ) up over your data consumption.
