in this version,i changed the value of some bonuses, created new bonuses and Northern Oman is not connected to Hormozgan anymore. Do you think i should change more?

Cant see because i am on ipad, but the thing that bugged me about big world is the overlapping bonuses like Hawaii, istanbul, etc.

Lybia is worth way to much now, and please split up the East Indonesia bonus (worth 12) into some more bonuses.

The whole Pacific Islands bonus is annoying me. If you can split it into a Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia bonus, it would be better balanced. India can be better organized into Eastern (Jharkand, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya), Northern (Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh) and Southern (the same territories plus Orissa and Jharkhand)

The Central America bonus should be split into East Central America and West Central America with one overall bonus with the two sides combined? and Maybe make the canary islands border Central America or Florida?
