Well Anonymous, I am a teenager so maybe that's why I sound that way.

Motorcross, That's funny, Roo is not Anonymous.

Sarutobi, Good for you :) Try to stay in the top 20!

Mian, It'd be good to see you playing competitively again, I hope one of my friends lets me play on his account so I don't have to wait a month and a half to rejoin the ladder. The last couple months have had a very strong top 20-25 of the ladder, I just hope it stays that competitive. It's not so much that all the old players are rejoining, instead there are more guys in my time period (Joined Warlight late in 2011) that are successful on the ladder.

Don't expect much of me, my skill level had declined quite a lot when I took a break and I don't feel like I'm back up there.

Actually i think this a sign of maturity of some players, specially the great players that are not in top10 but continue to play anyway.

The player that motivate everybody to do same I think was Heyheuhei from the start, he never left the ladder after falling behind.
So I encourage everyplayer to do the same, and i want to remeber that if you have more than 2100 points with less than 20 games your acomplishment is way inferior than a player with 60+ games with 2030+ points.
Play 30 games or more against top30 in a row and we can manage to real see your skill level.

Yes, I don't agree with players leaving the ladder in order to lt games expire. It would be much more interesting if people didn't.

And imagine how much more interesting the ladder would be if all the fomer #1s remained active, the excuse that it isnt interesting anymore as you reached #1 would change if all stayed and competed

Oftentimes the top players don't leave for games to expire. They leave because they don't have the time or energy to focus on the games anymore. At the top level, oftentimes the games are decided by who focuses more. I am hoping to stay around a while when I rejoin the ladder but once I start getting busier, I'm afraid I might have to quit again.

Yet you mentioned elsewhere that you will borrow a friends account while you wait for your games to expire...?

Take a look at my games that are unexpired. I surrendered a total of 10 because I had lost focus and wasn't planning on rejoining the ladder. Now my rating is at like 1700 on there. I don't want to play low rated guys who could beat me 1/10 times. If I'm on the ladder, I want to play the top players who can beat me close to half the time.

That's because you aren't a good player, for me it is boring to play guys I can beat over and over again. The 1700 rating to me is like an 1100 rating to you, it just becomes no fun because I beat them at least 80% of the time, probably closer to 90%. I plan on staying around as long as I have time to focus on the games once I rejoin the ladder.

No, I don't agree because you shouldn't just mass surrender anyway :D You make a commitment when you join the ladder imo and you should play to this commitment (after quitting ladder, playing the last games normally).

jsa, looking at your ladder history you force me to ask you if you know how percentage works like... anyway, if you are THAT good you only need to win a few games to start playing with the 1800+ as you already are close to that

Pink, I know how percentage works, My last 8 games were from when I was about 1750 rating. I won 7/8, the one loss being by bad luck. That's 87.5% I believe, could have been even higher. So yeah I think I know how percentage works. I might rejoin when my game with nusoos expires which would be 10 days. We'll have to see.

but if what you want to do with your maths is just sayign that you actually are as good as you wished you were, you may just say you won all your last 4 games = 100%, no matter their rank
