That sounds like a bug to me, you can report it under Help > Contact > Report Bug

Not really any way besides the api to do that, but invite me to a game and I will send you the API data for it.

not sure, if mods have the same trial member limit, but if you know how to code, it is actually relatively simple to get the data, but it won't work for a lot of use cases, since you can't really streamline it with this and can only access the data ingame.
