I have only been playing the game for a few months so I did not know if this was a known bug.

I am in a tournament and we receive 5 armies per turn. I control a bonus worth 5 armies and I am only allowed to deploy 5 armies. I should have 5+5 for 10. I am 100% sure I own the bonus. I checked it multiple times before I posted this. How can I fix this or why is it happeneing?

Please post a link to the game, as there are several things that could be lowering your income depending on how the game/map is configured. For example, altered base income, negative bonuses, army cap, sanction cards, etc.

Thanks for the quick response. Looking back at the history it is a sanction card. I have never played with one of those before. It was a new one for me.
