If I have my Idle Time at 6 hours and I use a 10x Time Warp, do I sacrifice 4 hours of game play? Or does the Time Warp accrue my resources for all 10 hours regardless of Idle Time?

Idle time only affects you when you're not playing, such as when the app is closed. Since the app is open when you activate a time warp, you'll always get the full effect.
