This is not just an OT post. This is much more.

1. I am thinking of a 5v5 Championship in WZ from scratch, so I might get everything ready, including teams, games, and the system, ready before things start. If you want to help out or participate, reply below.

2. I am officially opening up myself for everyone who have an interesting scenario idea but doesn't want to design it. I can do diplomacy ones or balanced ones. In other words, I allow you to tap my creativity. Again, reply below and I will finish requests if I can. Or maybe, I would just open up my custom scenarios to the public.

3. Due to the thing that has happened to the WZOTF community, I predict there will be a war going out in the forums. Since the seven Brits (HarvCazRobLock and their Bois) are kinda opposing to the majority of the forum, more specifically the elders, so... I think there will be some quarrelling happening in the forums.

4. The inputting screen in the android app is really annoying. Just check that out for yourself and type about a thousand words and you'll see. Basically, when the text fulls the screen, it starts hiding what you are typing. Worse, further in it just freezes like 50% of the screen. This is annoying, so please fix.

And finally, I am 111, ask me anything.

1) I can help you out with template creation/ review. The problem with 5v5 is, that it is
(i) very hard to get people to fill enough teams.
(ii) very hard to create settings, which really feel like team 5v5, and not lots of local fights with a small number of participants.

2) I was creating diplomacy, years ago. The gimmick is, that every slot has a (different) goal, which is trying to achieve to win. Would appreciate help with translating rules from broken English to English, rewriting rules and balancing.

3) YES!

4) Don't use android.

Who was tabby?

For the 5v5 championship thing, it can OBVIOUSLY not be just 5v5. It can be five 1v1s, a 2v2 and a 3v3, just five people as a team. This stemmed from the idea that "CW/CL is too big because it is clan-based and the 3v3 ladder is too small", so I can make changes.

Tabby (https://www.warzone.com/Profile?p=3324352160) is a legend who was very active on the forums circa 2016. He came here from LessWrong, where there was a fringe faction obsessed with HBD (human biodiversity) and basically into eugenics. Fundamentally, his view of the world was that there are felines (intelligent), canines (evil? I don't remember), and peafowls- where peafowls break the mate-selection process by being flashy. Basically, this:


He claimed to be a graduate student researching associative algebras.

Remember, he was too fringe for even LessWrong. On Warzone, he was in the Juggernauts Clan and started a meme around cats. For 2016, cats were a big deal: there was Tabby's clan Felidae, the M'Hunters briefly went by Miezekatze Hunters, and the Cats clan also emerged from this weird period. If you look at forum posts on 2016, they can get weird because Tabby was very active on the forums but with his stuff deleted it just looks like people are talking to themselves:

Anyhow, sometime in 2017 or 2018 (don't know - I was mostly inactive 2017-2019) Tabby went off the rails and spammed the forum. Fizzer has a special script that he uses to delete a player's entire forum history (their posts and threads they created and PMs too) irrecoverably to punish spammers. Unfortunately, this also means that the Clan League 8 Division D thread is forever gone, because Tabby was (inexplicably) selected as the scorekeeper for that division during that season.

2016 was a wild year on this site.
