Second, I believe my account has been permanently banned in error. As you can see from the attached photo of me, Robert, and Harvey, the three of us are distinct people. Cazza262 is my main account, the only account I was active on, and the only account I have access to. I would like to restore my good standing in the community and return to playing with my friends on that account.

I've CC'd Harvey and Robert, who can further verify that I am a distinct person from them.

It would prove beyond a doubt that you're 3 different people (especially if you supply 3 personal emails to corroborate it). But it's up to you based on how private you want to be.

Another way I could think of to prove you're 3 separate people is to show that the bulk of your activity comes from different devices on different networks. You should probably talk to Fizzer about how to establish Cazza262 is not an alt.
