Click on the country, after pressing "build cities". Since a week or so this is not giving it. "Click, click, click", it does not show in the country.
Something changed and I do not like it. I want to build cities at my turn but I click and hear the sound but do not see it in the country. Only afterwards.
No fun. To quite a certain 1980's band.
Just my problem or is it a bug?
