Why cannot I skip the level "Battle of the nations 1813"?

I have played it and surrendered more than 50 times, but the button "I've had enough" never appears, always only "Try again".

Can someone help me?

is there a limit of levels you can skip or some other problem?

I had the same problem with Caesar's Challenge a while back. Couldn't figure it out, so I reached out to Fizzer and he manually skipped it for me.
