Talking about this... the Central African Republic map is on there for several weeks, like two to three months by this point, and was always so far from a win. In contrast, the massive maps Goldtank made never gets in the votes. I actually wonder how do you choose those maps.

nomination stinks

The 5 nominations come from this:
1 is the previous MotW 2nd place
2 is the highest rated map that released last week
3-5 are member nominated

If there aren't enough nominations some maps are also picked at random. Bahrain was randomly selected last week, and won. Central African Republic was the highest voted map two weeks before that. Goldtank's Imperator Rome will probably be in the running next week as the highest voted map, unless Skate Upton upstages it by then.
