I'm playing the fourth idle level "War of the worlds" and played in the arena and won but I haven't got the reward. https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?GameID=28664298

My qm rate increased but I don't see the arena disappear nor my reward was awarded, if I click the arena again it sends me to the finished game above.

Is this a bug or is it normal and I just need to wait/load wz again? (I remember the other levels gave me a notice about my reward and the stadium icon dissapearing). Also for context I was playing another rt game at the same time.

Did you get your reward by now?

If not, did you go back from the arena to your idle level by clicking the little icon?

Thanks for replying and well, I did click the icon but apparently the problem was having two tabs open or something. I was able to try the same arena of that level again and lost one but won another one without getting reward and I had more than one wz game in progress and I don't remember but probably the idle level on another tab too.

Probably not the case in your instance, but I think it's worth noting that if the Artifacts view (that shows all artifacts) is up, the popup announcing the awards for an arena win will not show. Only when the Artifacts popup is closed will the arena win announcement display.

That is an interesting bug, did you report that already?

arena win pop up will generally only come if no other popups whatsoever are open. Not really a bug. Once the other popup windows are closed, arena win popup - and rewards - will come through.
