What determines the amount of saves you can view in My Levels View Log?

How many saves can you see?

You should have 13 or 14 levels + however many drafts and retired levels you have.

What I mean is, when you publish a level, the author can select "View" from the Saves section. Yet, there are different amounts of Saves with each level.

My question is, what determines the amount of Saves an author can View?

They're only saved if they make a world record.
