I have walked so many people through how to save their game I decided to make a picture guide.

Did you ever play an awesome game and wish you could save the map to play with your friends again later? Well you can!

Step 1, in your game, click the green Game button


Then click game settings


Full settings


Custom

Please note that "Custom" might also be the name of the template itself. Custom simply indicates that the game does not use settings from any template.

Create new game


This takes you to your game creation screen. Now, before you can save your game, you need to change at least 1 setting. I like to change players


From there, go to the open seats tab


Add an open seat and remove the player that's not you



Then click Okay (image not shown)

You can also change other settings you like


When you are done, scroll to the top and hit the green Save button


Enter the game name and hit save again


Now when you go to Create Game


You can load any of the Templates you have saved

You can also save Quick match templates, just click template from the QM screen


Choose your template


Follow the same steps as above.

Whenever you want to play a game, simply load it as above, make any adjustments for that specific game and hit create game

True, thank you JK. I was just trying to explain the basics. You can also go to create game and make your own template, Warzone offers thousands of maps to choose from. However, that is not within the scope of this guide.

@riskboy88, to inline images, you must be a member, then there is a img button above the area you are typing in, and instructions to use it underneath. It must be the website as well as the filepath. Also, .png's work as well as .jpg's

Why would you tell people to go play on QM templates via the QM voting screen?

If you change the "My saved multi player templates" in the image below to "Quickmatch templates" you can select a QM template from the create game page.

It is not the voting screen. it is the template button next to the voting button.

I was not aware you can also access the quick match templates in the manner described. Is that button on the create game tab? I know of a button similar to that when you create tournaments, I will have to find that button later when I'm not driving

You can select a bunch of choices from where to load the template, even your own SP templates in case you need to convert a SP template to a MP one.
