I find it a problem in hosting manual pick games as there is often not enough time for teams to discuss the picks. Adding banked time is a solution, but the problem is that the banked time is then carried over into the rest of the game, which is unnecessary and slows down play. It would be great if you could add extra time for the picking round which is not banked.
