I might be blind from patriotism for my country, but America's style of living is one of the best in the world, very luxurious, as well America holds a huge amount of political power, creative prowess, intellectual dominance, and has THE best Navy and Air force, and arguably the best military in the World at the moment.
The US is the best in my opinion, modern technology we use today were invented in the US like Airplanes, Cars, PC, Laptops, I-phone, Tablet, and a lot of other things. We also live in a ok environment where it's hot in the south, normanl in the middle, and cold in the north.
US style of living is definitely not the best imo. Most of the points I saw are true, but they do not really affect YOU personally. Yes, the US has the most powerful military, but is life in America really the safest in the world? Yes, a good proportion of the most advanced technology came from US, but you can also find this technology in the world. Factors contributing to good living like good healthcare, judicial and education system, I suppose you can find in US. But I would still choose other countries for living.
I suppose, if you argue about the pointless topic about the ‘best’ country being the most powerful, then yes, I guess US is the most powerful for now.
But tbh I’m not surprised really. From my observation, American and British pride are usually very outspoken.
But Scandinavian countries seem the best places to live in a variety of factors, according to lots of studies. But those same studies consistently put the Netherlands in the top 10, so I am not going to move :-)
anywhere is nice to live if you're rich and shit if you're poor. If you're poor the best country is the one with highest equality index and if you're rich then it's the one with the highest gdp per capita. most people are in between so then it's some combination of those two.
