It is true that the information of revision 16 maps does not match that of revision 17 maps. At this moment, we do not know to what extent revision 16 and 17 maps are different. It could be possible that most of the information of revision 16 maps still applies to revision 17 maps. That being said, the readers should take their own risks following the posts here.
Note also that I put the following sentence in the Additional Remarks.

For people want to make sure the info actual need to play with map Rev 16. You can do it if you play using apps, not website. Make sure not to update your apps until you ready to play with map Rev 17.

The 5.14 markets are too overpowered. I think they will be nerfed soon, and I will wait for the the dust to settle.
