Currently on this map, I have found more advanced recipes but thus far I can't find the silicon bar. WTH is it? I found metal sheet, welding rod, twine, gold and silver bars. Did he forget to put it on this map??

If you already found more advanced recipes, have you tried to fog bust your way to the silicon recipe? It's probable that with 150 territories more visible, this recipe should be included.
Other than that, I don't know (yet) how this map looks.

I used a couple of fog busters haven't found it yet
Yeah, I checked the bonuses.
I dunno, maybe I'm just blind because I can't find it, just seems like I should have by now.

It is in a superbonus on the bottom center of the map. There is an army camp and the Mine Probnonders in the middle of the bonus.
