I think we should get rid of clan wars

I think decreasing the player cap isn't a good idea at all; it's the activity of the 40 players, and that alone, that wins clan wars. If you think the same clans are winning CW over and over again, that's because the same clans have the most active (and good) 40 CW players.
If anything, the way to fix the problem of other clans not having a chance would be the increase (or remove) the cap on clan member numbers, so that the new clans can get more members and thereby increase their likelihood of being able to compete with large, active pre-cap clans like TSFH and MHunters.

Seems that all we agree on is that no one has a method that everyone agrees is better than what is already in place.
