Court cases move slowly. Two days ago, Warzone.com, LLC, responded to the lawsuit. If you know any American citizens, you can ask them to monitor PACER for you for case updates. Otherwise, you can just follow the Discord #activision-vs-wz channel where people who do that periodically post updates, although they tend to get buried amidst the noise of Indian domestic politics and fizz-measuring contests about how well people scored on the IIT entrance exam.
