I was trying out the tutorial and have a few remarks:

- why use gray as your colour? It's a bit confusing with the unused parts of the map such as Canada. Another colour would also make it look more appealing I guess.

- The neutrals are also described as "gray" territories which is confusing.

- Maybe the "skip tutorial" button can be placed in a separate balloon? Sometimes it looks like that's the only option when there is no "next" option.

is grey your color in normal gameplay? i am deep pink and that is the color used for me in the tutorial

seahawksrule is correct that it uses the color you chose. But you bring up a good point that if someone chooses gray, the tutorial is confusing.

I agree it's confusing when it's the only option. In fact, there's actually extra logic in there just for that -- when it's the only option, it asks for confirmation when you click it. When it's not the only option it doesn't ask for confirmation and just assumes you meant to click it.

2nd, if i redo the tutorial and go straight for africa it says i win even if i hadnt captured europe, is this a glitch?

all you have to do is win the game, any other objectives are just tips

so getting africa is winning? also i found a real glitch, on first turn if i click deploy instead of begin then the second turn i have to click begin and it wont let me do anything

does this bug matter though? (btw, i thought you meant level 1, not the tutorial)
no one who actually needs the tutorial will be able to figure that out anyway.
btw though fizzer, why not make the tutorial and single player stuff 16% luck? :S it makes things simpler for beginners and makes the gold stars a bit less stupid (as in having to just repeat over and over until you get lucky)

I can confirm that getting Africa is the only win criteria. Given the fact that there is 0% luck, it makes a 3-turn win both repeatable & trivial.
