What happened to Real-Time Diplos?
I remember the last diplos being played around 2016
And then they just disappeared

They were a fun way of backstabbing and dirty play

I would recommend playing Backstabbr which is form of online Diplomacy. Diplomacy was a board game released in 1959 that revolves around lying to the other players to win. There are a few online formats and since covid hit, many face to face tournaments have moved online. There is probably a face-to-face diplomacy club in your area.

The game is based on Europe in the year 1900. You can play as either Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Austria-Hungary, Turkey, or Russia with the goal of controlling half of Europe before some agreed on time limit like 1910, 1920, or even 1950 for people who like really long games.
