I call for all elitist clans like FCC, MASTERS, LYNX to accept all players deprived of skill and talent, who are discriminated with low win rates

A lot of disadvantaged players in terms of skill are underrepresented in top clans.
Elite clans need more diversity of skill and I shyly ask to make skill quotas as affirmative action

Any clan who joins this action and fight inequality will be awarded with rainbow of love.

I think there should also be troll quotas, each clan must have a certain amount to promote diversity
