can you get banned for revealing info through the fog?

and does anyone know where you can see the full chat rules. this salty guy says he reported me and got me banned because I said were his territory was to a person who couldn't see that area.

There is no rule saying that you cannot reveal information you know in-game.

^^ He was more likely just angry

yeah I beat him in our first game and he started making stuff up about how I think I am good at the game and being salty so I try to get everyone to team up on him next game and tell them where he is.

its not forbidden, but depending on the context it is probably an unfair move to reveal things. (For some diplo's or FFA's this might be accepted, but i dont really play those, so idk)

I doubt you have been banned for this. If you would have received a warning or a suspension, it could only have been for other things you said or did during that game.
