Thanks for the hard work.. I'd like to see a section specifically dealing with recipes.. as you move down the list on idle.. you constantly happen upon new recipe combinations for both smelters and crafters and having available ores on hand would be extremely helpful in speeding up the finishing of the tech tree..imo..just a thought

you mean you want to see a list of all the available alloys and item in the game? Or do you want to see what combinations give what items?
I can do a list of items - no problem (it will take a while...)
I can't do an ingredients list - it changes from level to level

But if you upgrade your Statistics up to level 3, you'll be able to see for yourself all the needed combinations for each level

Anyone remembers/knows how much AP you need to invest to unlock Phases 2 and 3?

It's 25,000 to unlock the 4th one....

Just beat the tutorial level in incognito browser, Phase 2 requires 1000 AP spent.


Also maybe a spoiler warning at the top of each Guide just to be courteous.

Great work, thanks for putting this all together.

I would not recommend prioritizing army camps though. Imo mercs strategy and/or hospital focus give a much better payoff than army camps.

Across all levels I played, army camp production account for about 10% of total armies while mercs account for 55-60%. Ofc that requires that you increase your number of mercs so that you don't get stuck at the end of a level and also use the merc discounts from the tech tree and bonus advancements to have enough money to buy mercs, so building this up takes a while but it's worth the effort.

But as you said, there are different strategies to play Idle, maybe just describe army camps focus less as the best strategy ever :)

Btw supercharge army camp power is quite useful if you also play a free cache power at the same time as it acts as a boost for the latter.

I can also confirm that cache artifacts (if equipped) and cache advancements increase the awards from arenas and free cache powers.

So I am just needing the stats 3 upgrade??.. Ty..

Note, that by unlocking Statistics level 3 with your AP you are getting a fully revealed Tech Tree on all maps!

You can replay any level unlimited times. However, with every repeated win you will get 25% less AP!

With these 4 options you are guiding your AI how to target you opponents:

T - targeting the player with most territories

A - targeting the player with most armies income/sec

U - targeting the player with the fewest unconquered armies

R - targeting players randomly

There's a 5th one:
C - targeting player randomly within your clan

You need level 4 to see the whole tech tree to plan out properly. Level 3 only gives you info on recipes that you have earned so far in that level. I think all 4 levels are worth getting at some point, but other upgrades are worth getting first.


stats

- Level 3 -
Reveals stats about recipes you've found. Shows the cost of its ingredients, profit, profit per second, number you have the resources to make, how many of your smelters/crafters are already working on that recipe, and how many are needed for all un-purchased techs that you can see.

- Level 4 -
Reveals all techs included in your current level and their requirements.

Reveals stats about each level: How many times you've played it, won it, what powers you've earned from it, how much AP you've earned from it.

Reveals how many armies are visible on unconquered territories on the map.

@ Olja - upgrading your techs is basic. I didn't mention it... in my maps (with all the techs upgraded) i get 60-40 in favor of mercenaries, not 90-10.... interesting! Anyway in my opening words I emphasized that this guide reflects my own style of playing.
I never thought of combining AC Power with the Free Cache. Thank you for pointing that out!

Ty to everyone on this thread with posts of substance..Very helpful.. I am one of those folks that actually enjoys the idle and appreciate its intent.. the 1 gripe I have(and it's minor) is that idle gives very small XP even if you are an active on going idle player.. personally, I think that needs correction

There are 5 ways to get Powers:
The 3 you list,
You can win them in the chat raffle, any of them except the multi level ones.
Buying them, still technically a way to get them.

Also any powers you don't claim in a level will still be there later. ie if you've played a level twice and claimed all the powers except a free cache. The third time you play that level that free cache will still be there.

you need to spend a total of 1000 AP in phase 1 to unlock phase 2 (confirmed)

you need to spend 7000-7500 AP in phase 2 to unlock phase 3 (iirc)

In global chat (https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?ChatRoom=1) there is a bot that gives away a few coins + idle powers from time to time

Can confirm it's 8000 AP spend in Phase 2 to unlock Phase 3


You can also get artifacts from the raffle, just fyi
