"Game multiplier = 50%"

I get this when I review games I have won and it appears to reduce the points won by half. I am playing almost exclusively 1v1 quick match.
Is there some reason for this? And what would be the best action to get the 'full points' ?

If they're real-time games, then that's the reason.

Real time does give 50%. I think its to reduce point boosting from Quickmatching. To get the most points multiplier on a game, ladder games is the best with 200%.
