...You see, I've uninstalled EU4 1.28 to play 1.30.4. But good f*cking grief, the same error message pops out every time:

...And I get stopped just before the finish line.
Let me in, for heaven's sake!
I've been getting this to work for at least a week, and all I get is the blasted error!
Back to present...
...I've given up. Can anyone help me play the game?
