I used my AP points to get to level 4 Statistics, but I can't find where the total number of armies remaining in unconquered territories is displayed. Anyone find this?

that was prob the worst way to use ur AP not going to lie

Post above me was super helpful and informative.

On the Artifacts and AP Advancements tab, scroll down and click the button that says “Level Stats.” It is in there.

Personally, I like having Level 4 Statistics. Helps me plan out the rest of the level and calculate when I will finish. Good for timing artifact digs.

Good for timing artifact digs. - same goes for me. I begin last possible dig at the same time as finishing level.
