That happens with everything, Dudymate. Even when if you desire a Ferrari...once you get it you might not really want it, or want something better.

Atleast a Ferrari comes with special facilities and features , if it came with features as any regular SUV , I doubt people would still spend money on a Ferrari.

You have more facilities and features on a SUV. A Ferrari is no comfortable, a Ferrari is just pure power and top in mechanics, handle and materials it's made up. Not many accessories if not the "Sport" button and sequential shift (altrhou i guess that's not an optional).


The point of my statement was that it's human nature to desire something UNTIL you don't have it. Once you have it, the satisfaction curve will decrease.

As someone that has just discovered Warlight... I can see the difficultly in getting the balance right on price.

A smaller monthly price means less commitment to the 'longer term' game, and if some games last for months, you could have too many people cancelling membership suddenly and ruining games.

As businesses go belly up, I'm more worried about paying over my hard earned cash and Warlight closing the next minute... Just to say if I am still playing the free games in a 2-3 weeks and not had enough. I will be joining...

It's totally worth it. Warlight is essentially a board game. Most board games cost $50 plus $30 for expansions. Warlight is $30 for life, customizeable, and constantly changing and giving you new features without costing you a nickel more!

a lifetime membership for just 30 bucks is a very good deal, you only have to hazzle with online payments once, and when you re old and retired(IRL) you ll come across this game again and remember you're still a member ^_^

as to whether it's worth it ... it's a game, you can't debate taste, you can only state it

If anythign membership is too cheap.
