Good question. Mostly it’s because we want to give enough time for as many people to vote as possible. Also, we have to make the presentation which takes a bit and we really can’t do too much of it until voting starts. For example, writing the majority of the script requires us knowing who all the nominees are.
Just wanted to say we passed last year's TOTAL ballots submitted in the early morning yesterday. The energy and support for this has been outstanding. I can't thank everyone enough!
And we still got 11 days to go...make sure to vote if you haven't already!
