I have 10 tournament invites from Loluwut since the 21st and 36 for the month. Not necessarily for tournaments he created but invites all the same. Shame that the blacklist doesn't prevent such ridiculous spamming.

If I could create sub-invite lists I would. (IE: Clan/Good Reputable Players/Leagues)

Atm, if you're on my invite list because of either of those 3, you get invited to everything else. (Which sucks, I understand)

However, it's not my fault you didn't turn off the notification. It's even less of my fault if you stand silent and say nothing to me. (IE: Invite me to a game, easiest way to grab my attention. Or add me on Skype) The outrage publicly makes zero sense at all.

Note, I am not complaining about the emails... I'm not foolish enough to have this linked to legitimate email. I'm complaining about constantly having tournament notifications.

Also, do you really think averaging 1.5 invites a day is reasonable? Come on man... that is ridiculous and bordering on the asinine.

People, including me, like to play real-time round-robins frequently. They're fun, competitive, and are quick and easy to do. No one likes to host them, so I do. To do so, I first invite everyone to a Lobby to see who's on. This Lobby gets deleted as soon as the tournament starts or is full.

At the moment, I'm not working or going to school, but I will be in January. Me throwing 2 real-time tournaments a day won't happen.

Ridiculous? It'd be ridiculous if no one joined them. (I usually get 8 people within 10 minutes. Usually more.)

Only 4 of those are tournament invites. The rest are force-joins, nudges and boots. I suggest you don't join games you don't want to play or don't have time to play.

I don't even understand why you would want to have tournament invite notices enabled, other than for real-time tournaments. Tournaments aren't time-sensitive.

Agreed. The only emails I get are when tournaments end. When you get eliminated as quickly as I do, you never know when they end, so it's a necessity.

i don't allow anybody to email me four times in less than two weeks unless we are business partners or having sex. last i checked, lolowut didn't qualify for either.

Best thing to do. Set your mail to check if the subject is: "{rp} Lolowut [WG] has invited you to a tournament‏" or something like that. If so, then move it to a folder called Lolowut, Junk, or Trash. Whatever floats your boat.

However, I do like getting invited to the tournaments. (I just wish it was at a time I could wake up to and remember.)
