I think Hugh Dennis was mocking the courts rather than saying that black people are criminals.

The Jade Goodey one wasn't that funny. But I couldn't care less - if it's funny great; if it isn't, so what?

Loony Party, Hugh Dennis wasn't mocking the courts at all. He was definitely referring to the black stereotype.

What 1 person might see as an insult, another person might see as a joke. Hence the term 'offensive jokes', for the ones are debatable if they're jokes or insults.
