I’ve seen one of 99 coins, won by Hotarian. It got to 99 because nobody joined a big one and then it got added to another big one

Does this mean 99 is the max?

How do we get people to not join a raffle to the point where it gets to over 100?

we don't

even if we did manage somehow, I'd join at the last moment and get the coins coz I'm greedy and this is profitable
