Do you find random targeting to be "broken" for you? I have been in a WZIB game (6.12. 10:00 GMT), where I have been attacked total 15 times. I have been looking closely throughout the game where I have been attacked from (as I have been last not focusing on armies nor territories, it must have been from random attacks) and I have seen that all 15 attacks were only from MrHelpful99 (

It leads to conclusion, that random targeting is apparently not working properly (or is it possible that after one attack, you are again shuffled as a potential choice and I have been chosen like this 15 times in a row by a same player..very unlikely)..
