What would happen if you propose a exact replica template (same settings) of an already existing template ? ex.(I propose Strat ME with exact settings)

I did it by accident, I would like for all the hopscotch madness’s to be deleted. I wanted to rename the template (with new settings), but I accidentally did the wrong name and did that twice
