I'm playing a 5 min boot game right now. It took a lot longer than I thought, so I asked them to wait 15 minutes for me while I went home. I said if they couldn't wait, it's cool to boot me; but I'd appreciate it if they'd wait. Everyone waited for me, so that was definitely cool.

It was Longerion, Knapik, & GMC.

I think we can all agree, though, that cwoozy is by far the coolest player in the game.

Very true. But I thought with the negativity we've had lately, it'd be nice to throw out that there are some cool people out there. Almost as cool as cwoozy.

I was just playing a game with Lord Ashaar Van Buiten. We played for a bit and I started to get the upper hand. He ended up having to leave and said "I guess I'll just surrender. It looks like you're going to win anyway." I said "Well, let's just finish playing tomorrow" and he agrees. I got on this morning & he'd moved, so I took my move. At that point it was all but certain that I'd won (he's beaten me quite a few times, I'll point out), but I sent a message saying "Hey, I'm heading to work. Give me 45 minutes or so." By the time I got to work, he'd surrendered. With our 5 minute boot time, he could have very easily been a douche and booted me; but he played honorably.

I'm sure you guys have all had positive experiences with him as well; but I wanted to give credit where credit was due.

If "cool" is defined as keeping your word and not acting like a douche, there are at least 50 players I've played with on WL that would qualify.

well, waiting for somebody who asked for it is nothing special, but if we praise people then I just mention FBG-Humuna who played with me in 8h boot in Europe and I have an advantage like 70-40 (in income)

I think people should keep their word, most definitely. However, with the boot problems we've been having recently, I thought it was worth mentioning.

i agree with gorzki, i played with FBG-Humuna a few games and he really qualifies as a cool player

just wondering why do random players have fbg before their name. and i dont define cool as players who have common courtesy, just douches as people who dont. and some nice guys are whogives and suprisingly captain denominator whatever he calls himself now in games we've played

There are a large number a really great players to practice good sportsmanship and common courtesy. As far as I can tell, you're in that category, Pink. For that, I thank you.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from General, though. He will ruin your games, eventually. Just like he's done to everyone else he's encountered.
