Oh happy day! The first ever international conference on men's issues (ICMI) was held last weekend in Detroit. The attendance was high, and media attention much greater than expected!

A conference hall full of prominent men's rights activists, both men and women obviously, each telling from their individual perspective why men's issues deserve more attention from society. Among speakers Senator Anne Cools, the first black Canadian to be appointed to Canada's upper house. Here the speeches of the first day:
