Raffles are not rigged.
One can however, by close observation, discover the pattern with which the winner is decided. Very much like the card counters in Vegas.

For this reason I am noting the results the exact second the winner pressed enter to contribute hisher pretyped "!Raffle"message to the chat. So far nothing is 100% clear yet. But I am totally confident this pattern will emerge over time.
