Nigel for the win

I decided not to change my vote, mainly because I see the flaw in the rules here. You can keep changing your vote until there's only two people left, at which point you have a 50% chance of being right. Big issue there.

If when you're out, you can't vote another, the odds are 9/10*8/9*7/8*...*1/2=10%
But when you can choose, you get a 50% chance of winning, because there's no rule stating you can't.

WE ARE ALL DOOMED

There was much emotion throughout the 5 students. No one knew what to do at this point after Hosea’s death. They wanted to leave the school but didn't have the strength to do so. They couldn't leave Hosea lying there on the ground. They just couldn't. Nigel was standing there with tears falling from his face while Noah was pissed off and punching the walls. Everyone had a part of them that was broken and no one, and I mean no one could mend it back together. James left the group and went to leave the school.
“James wait!” Said Rosanna. James turned around slowly and looked at Rosanna as she ran after him. Rosanna gave him a hug and started crying.
“I'm so sorry about Julie and Kyle. They were your best of friends and I will never forget them and I pray you won't either.” James hugged Rosanna back and he said, “My life has been amazing and to have these 2 people leave my life is devastating but I won't give up, it's time for me to move forward and start anew.” Rosanna nodded and they parted ways. The rest stayed.
“Why are we still here?” Asked Dillon. “It's only gonna hurt us more the longer we stay here.” Everyone agreed and decided it was time to leave. As they were going down the stairs Rosanna walked with Noah with her head on her shoulders.
“We should go see a movie.” Said Rosanna. “It'll help keep my mind of off this”
I think that's a great idea, maybe though resting is good too we have had it rough this whole day and now it's nighttime.”
“Your right. Watch a movie at your house?”
“Sounds good.” Noah smiled and they both kissed and as they got to the bottom of the stairs Nigel stopped dead in his tracks.
“James!!!” Nigel ran over to James who was on the floor coughing up dust. “No, no not you too bro stay with me!”
“James, you didn't get scratched, what the hell happened??!” Said Noah who was freaking out.
On James' dying breath he said, “We all were scratched. We just didn't know it.” James fell on his stomach and exhaled. His skin turned more grey then the pictures on a black and white television and that was that.
