AD 1000 has my vote. Looks like a good clean map, it has a good size and interesting bonus areas.

Yeah, it might have some issues with auto distribution but not as map of the week. It has my vote too.

I like the hard work put into modified medium earth siege and strategically United Mexican states looks really good but the simplicity Mang Kragby offers stands out. It's got my vote. Good strategy map and well done.

The AD 1000 map is not only historically accurate, but is has realistic territory distribution and interesting bonuses. Even though the modified siege earth looks nice, it cannot quite compete.

Surprised to see my first map shortlisted! You can tell from the name (Mang Kragby - genuinely just a stupid mauling of my name) that I didn't think anyone would see it. Super encouraged to see that people have enjoyed it - I'll definitely make more in future! And, unlike this one, the Bonus names won't just be Vine references (unless people are into that).

Okay recited after reading the ratings for Mang Kragby. I should've caught the errors. I like United Mexican States and vote it as the runner up.

@Ammaren, my maps do not focus on historical accuracy, but rather visual aesthetic, artistic creativity, and gameplay. But I understand your complaint.
