Tell me if this is in the wrong forum. My idea is this, a setting can be turned on so that there is a maximum number of armies deployed in each territory.

Like deploy it out evenly?

yes, doesn't make sense otherwise.

So, for example, If I had an income of 17, but max deploy was 6, I could only deploy a maximum of 6 armies in each territory e.g. I can't put 5 in one territory and 12 in another.

Why in the world would you want to deploy evenly?

That is not what I am saying. I am saying that there is a maximum of how many you can deploy per territory, not even deployment

Oh, you'll need a mod for that. It doesn't seem like a good strategic limitation like ns or ld, but it might work.
