I've been trying "Kill or Be Killed" for a while, and I lose every time, because as soon as I eliminate one, the other dominates me. Any tips?

Some general gameplay things to consider:

1. You don't have to go all in on killing someone, it's helpful to expand as much as possible and block off expansion.
2. You can swing turns of initial contact, by stacking and attacking with a lot. It's a lot easier if you block off opponents so they don't get to finish as many bonuses. In this case, you find one of the opponents really quickly, so practice maximizing your leftovers and stack everything else at him (including your commander). If you can efficiently weaken or eliminate one of them, then you are inhibited a lot less later.

Beyond that, it's really hard to say. We don't have a lot to go off of otherwise

The key is to use your commander to expand. The commander is a free 7 armies, if you use it to expand as fast as possible you can "out-expand" the other AI and take out the other one. The AI on the bottom left is usually not an issue because it loves to expose its commander, who can easily be taken out.
