You cant place people, no one has that much power and influence except Fizzer. The council seemed to have been formed by people that have helped make the clan league. That's why I suggested if you wanted to have more authority, you should get involved from the start.

A fair trial would be judged by people that is no friend or foe from the accuser(JSA) or accused(me and woohoo).

The only neutral in the 'council' that is no friend or foe from the accuser(JSA) or accused(me and woohoo) is Apollo, and he voted that we are not the seam person.
And i did bring very convincing evidence that we are not the same person. so of course i go in the offensive here for the injustice that they put me under.

That would be Apollo, the creator of the clan JSA's currently in, right? Nope, no bias there!

Whereas Miyagi and Chris are biased because...? Chris and JSA were in a clan before, yes, but to my knowledge, there's not as much connection between those three, so to say that Apollo is the only neutral is quite blatantly not true.



I don't think we're going to find a suitable conclusion to this issue, unfortunately.

Yeah, there will never be a good conclusion reached on this issue, as there wasn't a good conclusion on the woohoo/orange issue. The council weighed both sides as decided which thing was more likely to be true. That is the best way to decide things like this. The earlier ruling still stands, and this will be the end of this argument. Next season, we are going to ask the clan leaders to submit their lineups and we will chek for potential alts before it starts, and will hopefully not have to face this issue again.

Also, there may be a change in the clan league this season that allows a person to play in multiple divisions, as long as their total tournaments do not exceed four. This is not final yet, just an option that might happen.

oke so in concluson:

1. Miyagi and ChrisCMU who are close with JSA for over 2 years have dicided that even while we talked in the chats like 2 people for 2,5 years, and even have evidence that a player did hear both oure voyces that we are the same person.
2. The council is not impartial.
3. JSA is not getting anny trial while he has not shown anny convincing evidence.
4. We both may not play in season 6.

And I ask again, why would miyagi and Chriscmu vote against you? Yes, I think you are the same person, but each player made their own conclusions. What we found is 2/3 of the council members (3/4 including me) didnt buy your story, and so you were found guilty.

And once again, golden headshot is irrelevant to this argument. I think it is quite possible golden headshot is your brother. But I do not believe woohoo is your brother. I believe if woohoo was really your beother, he would have said golden headshot was his main from the beginning.

umm.. well this is not how it is, but if this is the conclusion than that will say my brother can play in the next clanleage.

Quite possible is not final Orange. Whichever clan Goldenheadshot is in would have to submit him in their roster, and we would probably ask for more information on him to determine if he is your alt or not(we will do this with any we think are likely to be alts). But both Orange and Woohoo are definitely suspended this season; whether or not Goldenheadshot is really you or not is a different discussion, and one that we would look into.

Personally, I think you actually have a brother that used to play warlight (Goldenheadshot), but I think you currently control your main, Woohoo, and Goldenheadshot. But we don't go on assumptions, so if you can find strong evidence Goldenheadshot is not/was not you at some point in time, he will be allowed to compete.

To be honest, I didn't look strongly into your evidence that Goldenheadshot was your brother. I was more focused on whether or not Woohoo was you. I assume the others were thinking along the same lines. So we will look into all Goldenheadshot's evidence of Goldenheadshot not being you(I'll write a thread with him assuming The Turtle includes his name on the roster). If we determine that Goldenheadshot is not you, then that issue will not come up ever again unless some strong evidence develops that Goldenheadshot is you.
