I am almost positive that Miyagi knew nothing about this. Like banana said we had issues with a loss of clan members expected to play in the league but we could have had others step up. We fully expect all of the points from Desi to be taken away.

My gutt says no (Miyagi did not know), but I have had him reply to mail I sent to TWM, so I am not positive that he didn't know either.

I feel like currently the most rule-abusing clan is Masters.. with many cases of playing multiple accounts on ladders, tournaments or now in the clan league..

LoL TWM and TheWarlightMaster is not a big deal bro, every knows who owns the accounts its not like it is a secret alt and tell me truthfully that you have never joined multiple accounts in tournaments before because i will call bull on that...

I don't understand this last point. TheWarlightMaster is not playing TWM in the clan league. Did he play both on the ladder at the same time? IF he did, it doesn't matter to me whether it is known that is him or not. Cheating is cheating regardless of it being public knowledge. I assumed Fridge was talking about MOD. I am not aware of other cases of Master clan players cheating.

BTW, I'm not sure I really care about two accounts in a tournament (provided one is not spying/working for another team or something). Ladders and Clan League, yes.

Yes - TWM played 1v1 ladder and realtime ladder with two accounts each.. It doesn't matter if people know it's him or not. It's still against the rules.

Setting a good example for MOD I guess.

So is this a case of oversight (TWM failing to mention Desi was MOD to Miyagi)? Or was it intentional (not telling him so MOD could play in both leagues)? It seems like within Blitz, the deception was intentional, just curious if the same is true for Masters.

About the Mod case - Honestly, I would say it's not cheating. Yes, I know its against the rules, BUT it's not cheating. I consider cheating as a thing that helps you to win, or so. And putting him in our lineups didn't give us any advantage that we wouldn't have without him. We could put any of our members in same spots, and probably get about same results from those tournies (if not better, since desi got booted a few times).

Please don't misunderstand me. I know it's illegal, BUT "cheating" is the wrong word, isn't it? :)

EDIT: I expect a reply that says "cheating is to do something illegal". And yeah, basically it is, but i also expect most here (except pulsey) to see my point :)

You can get into semantics on whether you consider it "cheating" or not (entering motive into the equation). To me that is pointless. All that matters is whether a rule was broken, and what the punishment is.

A rule was broken, all we need to know right now is what the punishment is. When will the 'Clan League Summit' conclude? I just want to move on, we know what happened we just need judgement.

Also if we lose those points, do the other teams gain those points? I am fine with losing the points but was taking away points done in the past or is this a new rule. Shockingly, I haven't read through the Clan League rule book so I'll need you guys to enlighten me.

Hi.

The only unknown for me is whether TWM knew about MOD/Desi as well.

Once we know that ^ we can decide all.

Whether or not TWM knows doesn't determine the punishment for Blitz..... but I suppose it helps decide if you want to punish both clans.

Of course, I was just saying once we have that information. We can inform everyone of our descions. It's not any good doing it in parts.

If points are deducted the other clans shouldn't gain anything. That wouldn't be fair in my eyes.
